These terms govern your use of the website at chadrickthesane.me and the content-management application operated by ChadRickTheSane ("we," "us"). By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.
1. What this is
ChadRickTheSane is an educational video channel about evidence-based living. The website provides information about the channel. The application is a private tool the channel operator uses to plan, produce, publish, and measure content. It is not offered to the public, and access to it is limited to the operator.
2. Educational content, not advice
Everything published by the channel and on this website is for general information and education. It discusses published research and is not medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and it does not create a professional relationship. Nothing here is a recommendation to use, acquire, or stop using any medication, compound, or treatment. Talk to a qualified professional about your own situation. We do not promote, sell, or link to products, and we do not give dosing, protocol, or sourcing information.
3. Use of the website
You may browse the site for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to: attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, the application, or related systems; interfere with their operation; use automated means to overload or scrape the site; or use the site for anything unlawful.
4. Google services
The application connects to the operator's Google and YouTube accounts through Google's APIs. That use is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. How we handle data obtained from Google is described in our Privacy Policy. Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
5. Intellectual property
The channel's videos, scripts, graphics, name, and website content belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Cited studies, documents, and third-party material remain the property of their owners. You may share links to our content and quote short excerpts with attribution. Other reproduction needs our written permission.
6. Third-party links and sources
Our content links to external sources such as journals, registries, and regulators. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or availability. We aim to be accurate and correct verified errors promptly, but we do not guarantee that content is complete, current, or error-free. Research and regulatory status change, so check the source.
7. Feedback and communications
If you send us feedback or questions, you allow us to use them to improve the channel without obligation to you. We handle messages as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
